About these terms
These terms cover your use of holotown.app and the Holotown waitlist. The website is run by a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai DED trade license 136677). By using the website you agree to these terms. The Holotown app will have its own terms of service, including selling, fees and payouts, before beta.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the app or any feature, and you can leave at any time by emailing us.
Information on this website
- Screens, prices, names and numbers shown on this website are examples for illustration, not live market data.
- Fees described here, including those used by the take-home calculator, are proposed launch fees. They are estimates, not an offer, and may change before launch. Third-party fees (for example eBay and Stripe) are set by those providers.
- Nothing on this website is financial, tax or investment advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and no sign-ups using someone else's email address.
Intellectual property
The Holotown name, mascot, town artwork and website content belong to us. Pokémon and Pokémon card names are trademarks of their respective owners. Holotown is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company.
